This platform presents my professional experiences and expertise in the tourism and hospitality industry, featuring insights from my roles as a tourism practitioner, tour guide, tour leader, and researcher.
Purpose of This Platform
This platform has two main goals. First, it serves as a space to introduce myself and present my professional journey in the tourism and hospitality industry. In this way, the website also functions as my portfolio, where I share my experiences, projects, and professional work.
Second, my goal is to contribute to the growth of tourism professionals by sharing practical knowledge, industry experiences, and useful learning resources. Whether you are a student, a new professional, or someone who simply loves tourism, I hope the materials and stories shared here can inspire and support your journey in the tourism and hospitality industry
How does this website work?
On this platform, I offer three services. In the menu, you will find “My Projects,” “Training Modules,” and “My Articles.” Each menu serves a different purpose.
The “My Projects” menu contains information about the projects I have completed. The “Training Modules” menu contains training and learning materials (modules) that I have designed for self-paced learning. These resources are created to support individuals who want to learn, develop their skills, or explore career opportunities in this field. The materials can also be used by professionals as a training reference.
Some materials are available for free, allowing you to read and download them for learning purposes ONLY not for commercials please. In addition, you can access complete training modules with more comprehensive content which need a payment.
I welcome collaborations. My goal is to make practical knowledge easier to access and to support the growth of professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry.

What do I offer?
As a tourism practitioner, I offer two main types of services: (1). Human resource development for the tourism industry such as training of guest lecturer. (2). Tour services such as tour arrangement, tour guiding, and tour leader
- For training services, I focus on supporting the development of tourism professionals. I provide webinars, workshops, and one-on-one training sessions for individuals who are interested in building a career in tourism. These training sessions cover topics such as tourism career opportunities, basic guiding skills, communication skills, and professional development in the tourism and hospitality industry that align with the SKKNI (Indonesian National Work Competency Standards).
Who should take this training? New and young professionals who want to start their journey in the tourism industry. These programs are designed to help participants build confidence, develop practical skills, and gain a better understanding of the opportunities available in the tourism sector.
Through both tours and training, my goal is to support the development of professional, knowledgeable, and passionate individuals in the tourism industry, while creating meaningful travel experiences for visitors. I welcome collaborations, particularly with professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry, including research opportunities
My articles
I have written several articles on tourism for my future reference. These articles reflect personal perspectives, so other people’s experiences may be different.
Why do I choose tourism as my career path? What tourism can do for our local communities?
Tourism can significantly support local communities such as local destination management organisations, tour guides, artisans, and souvenir makers. Tourism assists to preserve the local cultures and local wisdom. Furthermore, in the bigger pictures, both economic and socio-cultural are supported by the tourism activities. Read more……..
